Project description
The task was to create an intranet platform to inform the global Volkswagen employees about
the benefits and the progress of the new global CRM strategy. We created a concept that
allows Volkswagen employees in a simple structure to experience these single steps that will
take unify the Global Volkswagen customer engagement for the next three years.
The Center of this concept is the “Road map”, it shows already implemented steps, the present
status and allows a look in the future.
